Return & Refund Policy

At A. King’s Design, we want you to love what you order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with a return or exchange.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In their original condition
  • Free from damage, stains, odors, or signs of use
  • Returned with original tags and packaging, when applicable

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets the return requirements above.

For clothing, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you need a different size, as inventory may be limited. If the requested size or item is unavailable, we can process a return instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully package and inspect orders before they leave A. King’s Design. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

If an item arrives damaged or we made an error with your order, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Personalized or monogrammed items
  • Clearance or final-sale merchandise

Please carefully review sizing and product details before purchasing final-sale items.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To begin a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return or exchange.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. We will provide instructions for completing your return.

A. King’s Design reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if an item does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
